Allcargo Logistics Limited announced that Shashi Kiran Shetty has resigned from his position as Director and Chairman, effective August 5, 2026, due to other commitments, and that Dinesh Kumar Lal has been appointed as the new Chairman, also effective August 5, 2026. Mr. Lal, who has experience in the logistics and supply chain industry and has been associated with the company for several years, was also appointed as a member of the Governance and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management, Finance, Strategy and Legal Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
